How do I book a holiday home?

Choose your dates and party size, compare the results and book or enquire online. Your confirmation arrives by email right away.

Are the displayed prices binding?

Yes. Prices and availability are up to date and include all mandatory details. Optional services such as final cleaning or visitor's tax are shown separately.

When can I arrive and when do I have to leave?

Arrival is usually possible from 4:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Exact times are stated on the detail page of each property and in your booking confirmation.

How can I pay?

For direct online bookings you can usually pay by SEPA direct debit or credit card. Standard terms are a 25 % deposit and the remaining amount 30 days before arrival.

Are final cleaning, bed linen and towels included?

This varies by property. The detail page of each accommodation lists whether bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price or optionally bookable.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Most properties offer free Wi-Fi. You can see the amenity on the property overview and the detail page.

Are pets allowed?

That depends on the property. Whether dogs are allowed is shown in each accommodation's amenities. You can filter for pet-friendly properties in the search.

Can I save and compare favourites?

Yes, via the wishlist. The heart icon on every card saves the property – no login required. Logged-in members can additionally access their wishlist across devices.

How can I cancel?

The cancellation terms are stated in our terms and conditions and your booking confirmation. Our team is happy to help if you have questions – we always recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Can I request a personalised offer?

Yes. Via the enquiry form and the wishlist you can request several properties together. We will get back to you within one business day.
